A visionary with over 30 years of international design experience, Ar. Dande Mamano has made his mark across the Middle East, serving as Senior Design Architect for leading firms such as NACE Consultants, Saudi Architects, and Zuhair Fayez Partnership Consultants. With a degree from the University of Saint Anthony, he brings both technical mastery and a global perspective to MPACT’s design philosophy—delivering architecture that inspires, functions, and transforms.

ELEUTERIO A. PEREZ JR., UAP, PIEP, NAMPAP

Principal Architect | Environmental Planner | Master Plumber

Ar. Ely Perez is a multi-licensed professional whose diverse expertise spans architecture, environmental planning, and plumbing systems. With over 30 years of experience in the Philippines and Saudi Arabia, his portfolio includes complex infrastructure and public works—most notably the DOTR North-South Commuter Railway Extension Project. His tenure with global firms such as SNC Lavalin and Zuhair Fayez Consultancy reflects his reputation as a reliable and forward-thinking project leader.

ARNEL G. AGUJA, UAP, PIEP, NAMPAP, IIEE

Ar. Aguja is a licensed Architect, Environmental Planner, Registered Master Plumber, and Registered Master Electrician with over 30 years of local and international experience. A graduate of BS Architecture from the University of Saint Anthony, he has held key roles in the Philippines, Japan, and Saudi Arabia, including Senior Architect at Zuhair Fayez Partnership Consultants and Lead Commissioning Architect at SNC-Lavalin Arabia. He is currently an Architect-Consultant for the GCRC–DOTr North-South Commuter Railway Extension Project in Manila.

Rowena Niña O. Taduran, DPA

Niña Taduran is a public relations and communications expert with over 25 years of experience in broadcast media, public engagement, and advocacy. An award-winning journalist and professor with a Doctorate in Public Administration, she is widely known as the “Public Service Lady,” co-pioneering the top-rated program Wanted sa Radyo with now Senator Raffy Tulfo.

She also served as a legislator in the 18th Congress, where she championed the Media Workers’ Welfare Act, and is now an Undersecretary leading communications and external affairs. With her unique blend of media expertise and public service experience, she has established a strong reputation for strategic storytelling, stakeholder relations, and advancing initiatives that connect institutions with the communities they serve.

Engr. Mark Louis Cuya

Engr. Mark is a dynamic professional with strong expertise in marketing, business management and project leadership, complemented by a solid foundation in engineering and architectural-related public relations. With a career that bridges technical knowledge and strategic communication, he has successfully managed projects and built partnerships that highlight both innovation and efficiency. His ability to merge business acumen with architectural and engineering insights positions him as a versatile leader who drives growth, fosters stakeholder trust, and delivers impactful results in every endeavor.
